From Tirana:
Take the A1/E762 highway north towards Shkodër. After passing through Shkodër, follow the signs to Vau i Dejës. The drive typically takes around 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic conditions.
From Shkodër:
Cross the border into Albania via the Hani i Hotit border crossing. Continue south towards Shkodër, then follow the directions to Vau i Dejës. The journey usually takes about 2 hours, subject to border crossing times.
If traveling from Montenegro, ensure you have the necessary travel documents and check the operating hours of border crossings.
